Free Odbc Driver For Mac Rstudio
Hi all, I am trying to use Microsoft ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server to connect to Azure SQL Data Warehouse using Active Directory Password Authentication and it is not working. Methods I have tried so far. Inside my ODBC.ini: [AzureSDW] Driver=ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server Trace=Yes Server=tcp:mySDW.database.windows.net,1433 Database=adw Encrypt=yes TrustServerCertificate=no Connection Timeout=30 Authentication=ActiveDirectoryPassword And then running: odbcConnect('AzureSDW',uid='user@company.com',pwd='dangercleartextpassword') I get the error: [RODBC] ERROR: state HY000, code 40532, message [unixODBC][Microsoft][ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Cannot open server 'company.com' requested by the login. The login failed. I have also tried using different ways to connect such as: 'DBI::dbConnect(odbc::odbc().connection_string=.' And 'odbcDriverConnect(connection =.' But I always get the same result? Looks like it's seeing the '@' sign as syntax for a database server?
