On September 20, Apple released the new macOS Sierra 10.12 operating system. If you are using an English version of our current Fiery driver already installed on your Mac, it will be compatible with macOS Sierra 10.12.
EFI is working diligently to provide Fiery drivers with support for macOS Sierra 10.12 in all supported languages and for new installations of our Mac drivers. We expect to release an update to our Mac drivers to resolve issues with language support through Fiery Driver Updater by September 26. In order to utilize Fiery Driver Updater, please ensure that you are running the latest version of the Fiery driver for your printer (Fiery Driver 5.0). These latest drivers are available through the EFI Download Center. If you have a business critical need for a macOS Sierra 10.12 driver in a language other than English prior to September 26, please contact your printer manufacturer's tech support, who will be able to assist you. It seems the only way our users can print from Sierra OS to our Xerox Color 550 with Integrated Fiery is if they print from the same network segment, via IP LPD or Bonjour. No issues from any network segment with older OS, including El Capitan. I've downloaded XC_Integrated550_560_v1_1RX_FD50_v1-4 and XC_Integrated550_560_v1_1RX_FD51_v1 and I've even tried XC_EX560_v1_1_RX_FD51_v1.

When attempting to print, it appears, from the users side that there is no issue but it never shows up. I can try to watch from Command Work Station but no job appears unless it's from the same segment. No errors or indication anything was ever sent. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated?
Looking for some help with setting up a Xerox 7855 copier as a printer, with accounting, on a Mac running High Sierra OS I have done this on many Mac systems without issue for years. But this one just will not work or even configure with the same menu items as the others. I have removed all Xerox settings, folders, files as outlined in a Xerox article I have always added these copiers by IP address and not found. I have also tried adding this using LPD and HP jet and still will not print. The stand out is that all other installs have always shown the Xerox Features item in the menu; see pic. But this install does not, it has features, then I can select advanced and find settings for accounting but the user id prompt will not display and there is no field to add it as a default setting. Got it working.
Turns out the one and only Xerox driver for this MacOS will not show the Xerox Features menu item from Safari, PDF, Word or most other programs that can print. But when we installed the Firefox web browser and used it to print and configure accounting the Xerox Features menu was there.
After I set this up, as I always have before this issue, printing worked from PDF, Word, Safari and other programs. Had to meet a Dahill support tech on-site (2 hour drive for me) so she could go through all the steps I did; and couldn't get it to work. Then call three different Dahill techs before she found one that new of this workaround.
