Hi there, I use Onenote for Mac (Version 16.19) and have syncing problem. I use it on my iPad and on 3 Macs. I had been able to sync it across all devices. My personal Office365 account expired one day and then I switched to my workplace Office account. Then I started to have problems with syncing.

I used my OneNote files for a while without syncing. So I had different Onenote files on each device. While I had my Onenote files in each device, I had also my personal Onenote file on my personal Onedrive account. Now this is the situation, the Onenote files on my personal OneDrive account was corrupted while I was trying to move it from one drive to another. I am not able to sync my Onenote files, I want to consolidate all (or some) of these files on my workplace Onedrive. I am not able to move all Notebooks at once. Can you help me to move my files from iPad and/or Macs to my workplace Onedrive?

Hi Levend, Thanks for your query in this community. While trying to sync your notebooks, did you sign in with your work account? If so, that could be the main reason for this syncing problem. Given this situation, we would suggest you check your current notebook content in, make a comparison between it and the notebooks on you devices. Find out which content hasn’t been synced to the cloud and backup them.

After that, please follow Joanne Li's method in the following thread to move your notebooks to Work account. Also, I would like to confirm with you if you have a PC.

In this scenario the transfer procedure could run more smoothly(The whole notebooks could be transferred at once, you don’t need to copy the sections and paste them one at a time).
