MAC OS X emulator for PC I don't mind paying but it has to work well. I would like to learn MAC and don't mind purchasing a MAC system but an emulator will be quicker to learn since I can install it on my laptop and pratice when I'm on a plane or sitting at an airport.

To clarify this for anybody who doesn't know much about the PC98, I feel like I should explain a few things. Firstly, there is no one 'PC-98'. There is a PC-98x1 series, consisting of numerous models of the PC-9801, released from 1982 to 1992.
There were also two models of the PC-9821, released in 1992 and in 2000. These were made to be PC-9801 compatible, and to allow compatibility with special versions of Windows. So, this usage of Neko Project to run Windows 95 to run Anex86 is completely pointless, as any PC-9821 should be able to run any PC-9801 software with minimal problems. Edit: To give you an idea of how far PCs have come since the 80s, the original PC-9801, released in 1982, had a 5MHz 8086 CPU. The PC-9821Ra43, released in 2000 as the final model in the series, had a 443MHz Celeron CPU.
