I have Outlook 2011 on my iMac and it would not open(flickers and then closes). Looking on the internet and after recovering my 'Main Identity' using 'Time Machine' I looked on the internet and tried a 'Identity rebuild' but it fails with 'Your database could not be rebuilt.[-18000] I have tried the procedure described in the following link. But when I get try to start Outlook to do 5) and 6) it fails wanting to rebuild database.
