When i say 'monitor doesn't display' i mean that when ever the refresh rate is changed to 60hz the monitor goes into standby mode, I'm changing the refresh rates using the advanced settings in the resolution selection settings using my second monitor. Its just a bug in this one model of monitor. I think if I were you, I would contact Dell, and see what they have to say, and if they cannot resolve this issue, you might want to consider returning the display and getting something else. There are quite a few 4k monitors out there that support 60Hz now. I even read an article on Anandtech this past week that focused in on a 50 inch TV that seems to work well as a monitor.
